I am deeply thankful for the Oracle ERP training that I completed early in my career, which provided me with the foundation and confidence to step into the ERP consulting world. That training gave me the right mix of technical expertise, practical exposure, and industry-relevant skills, which helped me build a strong career path.

Since then, my professional journey has been both rewarding and progressive:

• Lonar Consulting Services (2017 – 2019) – Started as an Associate Technical Consultant, gaining first-hand experience in ERP technical components.

• Exacore IT Solutions (2019 – 2019) – Worked as a Technical Consultant, where I enhanced my RICEW and ERP integration skills.

• Evosys (2020) – Joined as an L1 Technical Consultant, working on Oracle Cloud technical engagements and global projects.

• KPMG India (2020 – Present) – Advanced through roles of Associate Consultant, Consultant, and now Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager, delivering large-scale ERP implementations and leading consulting engagements.

Looking back, the ERP training was the launchpad for all of this. It gave me the clarity to pursue ERP as a career, the skills to succeed in global organizations, and the confidence to continuously grow as a consultant.
